ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Using the energy centers of the body (chakras) as a framework, Yoga Dance with Kate incorporates music and rhythm-driven flow and expression. The result is a rejuvenating and joyful experience.
This practice is appropriate for students of all abilities and can even be done while seated in a chair. The only requirement is that participants love to move to music! Instructor Kate Denby compiles a new list of songs for each class and leads students in movement designed to maximize their 50 minutes of exercise.
